Refund Policy
At our bigMoney, we strive diligently to provide our customers the best services we can. We recognize that requesting a refund may occasionally be necessary due to extenuating circumstances. The following refund policy has been designed in order to provide our customers peace of mind when making an investment with us since we want to make sure they are totally satisfied with the services we offer.
Initial Consultation Fee : The client's initial consultation fee is not refundable.
Campaign Fee : A customer will receive a complete refund of all fees paid if they opt to cancel a campaign before it is launched. Fees paid for campaigns that have already started will not be returned because the labor and resources have already been committed.
Retainer Fee : Moreover, retainer payments made to secure our services are not refundable. This is because we begin committing staff and resources to the project as soon as the retainer is paid.
Service Fee : Once the task has been finished, money for rendered services are not refundable. In the situation that the client is dissatisfied with the work, we will collaborate with them to address any problems and make the required changes.
Force Majeure : We shall not be held responsible for any service delivery delays, interruptions, or failures brought on by events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, armed conflicts, or governmental regulations.
